Nucline creates the Programmable Cell™ using de-repressible RNA. You put your gene or gene profile into the Nucline drug. Deliver the drug. Then, when a cell expresses your gene profile, the drug is released-- otherwise it degrades harmlessly.

The delivered drug can be any gene including toxins, biological response modifiers or reporter genes. Suggested uses include: killing cancer cells or virally infected cells, inducing healing or modulating the immune response and in vitro positive and negative selection.
